Powerleaps LLC Programs

The Basics

• Passion Exploration Call (60 minutes).  Using the simple, yet powerful tools of creative brainstorming and visioning, we’ll explore together your goals, objectives, and passions.   Take your stand to the streets!  A great choice if you’re feeling stuck or discouraged.

• Breakthrough Now! Consulting Call (60 minutes).  A simple, powerful session in which you’ll share your passions, talents, dreams, business ideas, and your current situation. Together we’ll breakthrough into new possibilities for your life, both professionally and personally.

• Innovation Brainstorming Session (60 minutes).  Got a new idea for a product, service, or business and want to brainstorm ideas for launching it in the world?  A fantastic way to leverage your left AND right brains to creatively put your passions into action, while testing the feasibility of the idea: a great blend!

• JumpStart Program (5 weeks).  A popular, focused, 5-week intensive program to put your business idea powerfully into action with greater vision, focus, vibrancy, and abundance.  Includes:  Background exploration/research, a DISC behavior assessment (or a VIA Institute on Character survey & assessment), a 90-minute consultation and recommendation, three follow-up coaching sessions, unlimited emails and spot phone calls.

Consulting Programs

• Brand YOU! Program (6 weeks).  A high-energy, focused program to create and launch your Passioneering brand in the world.  Together we’ll hone your branding, key messages, and positioning, and prepare you to share them in the media, including radio and publications.  Limited to Passioneers who have an existing business or non-profit venture to accelerate to the next level.

• A Winning Business Plan.  A focused, intensive to create a business plan for your new venture, funding, or partnerships, from very brief to comprehensive. Using an interview process, your consultant will do the heavy lifting while you focus on what you and your organization do best.  Great for new venture launches, VC funding, or non-profit grants.

• Consulting Project Work.  Business consultant Sue Oliver is available for short- and long-term consulting engagements, in a variety of areas, including marketing, business planning, product launches, and meeting facilitation.

• Passioneers Marketing Plan.  Using a 4P process (product, pricing, promotion, and place/distribution), along with a marketing calendar, we’ll create a powerful, profitable marketing game plan for your new ventures, including advertising, PR, blogging/social media, collateral, direct mail, and other marketing components.

Business Coaching Programs

• Three-, Six-, and 9-Month Coaching Packages.  Take advantage of a dedicated, experienced business coach to support you as you create your new venture beyond the basic JumpStart Program.   Includes unlimited emails and spot phone calls.

• In-Person Business Coaching Programs.  In-person coaching on a per-hour basis, plus travel and accommodations, including 1/2-day and full-day coaching intensives. These sessions are a great way for you to dive deep into a particular topic or area of your life.

• Summit Club – Private Coaching Program (12 months).  The most customized coaching program, which includes 42 one-hour coaching sessions, a full day coaching intensive, and unlimited coaching blasts by phone, email, or text. One participant per coach.

Powerleaps Group Coaching

Experience the powerful dynamics of group coaching with these spectrum of offerings:

• Passioneer Mastery Program  (12 weeks).  A group business coaching program by telephone.  Includes the JumpStart Program, with special focus areas on visioning, new project/venture launches, leadership & success skills, work/play balance, and time management.  Limited to 12 participants per program.

• Putting Passions into Action I (6 weeks).  A very popular program for small groups or teams, where you’ll focus on successfully launching and marketing a product, program, or service.  Tackle the biggest barriers and issues in an empowering, inspiring group format with an experienced, dedicated business coach.  Awareness, accountability, and action = a winning AAA combo!

• Putting Passions into Action II Program. Builds upon the core 6-week program to add additional hard and soft launch skills.

• Passioneer Behavior Analysis. An industry standard personality test, The Extended DISC, provides you with insights and recommendations on enhancing your relationships with others, personally and professionally. A great tool for building powerful Passioneer teams or leading service projects. Available for individuals or groups/workshops.  Includes a special analysis for entrepreneurs.

Description:

A big step in your Passioneering journey and an excellent test for whether or not you have the commitment to truly thrive in your passions.  This is a focused, 5-week intensive program to put your passions powerfully into action with greater vision, focus, vibrancy, and abundance.  Together, we create your vision and mission statements, objectives and goals, business game plan, while assessing your current situation, resources, and support network. This program is the foundation for other Passioneer programs.
